My Story
With a lifelong passion for food spanning over 40 years, my culinary journey began at age 9 with my first cooking class—a moment that ignited my enduring love for the art of cooking. This passion led me to pursue a degree in restaurant management, attend culinary school, and hone my skills as a pastry chef in Sweden. Throughout my career, I’ve embraced nearly every facet of the culinary world, from managing restaurants to catering bespoke events, consistently focusing on crafting dishes that bring people together.
