My Story

With a lifelong passion for food spanning over 40 years, my culinary journey began at the age of nine with my first cooking class—a moment that ignited my enduring love for the art of cooking. This passion led me to pursue a degree in restaurant management, attend culinary school, and hone my skills as a pastry chef in Sweden. Throughout my career, I’ve embraced nearly every facet of the culinary world, from managing restaurants to catering bespoke events, consistently focusing on crafting dishes that bring people together.

  • Lisa is an Angel sent from Heaven!! I asked her to help me with charcuterie skewers for my daughters wedding that happened on 10/25/25. She asked about our venue and amount of guests and Lisa just knew what to do. She gave me suggestions, but I decided to trust in her, I'm so happy I did!! She was unable to deliver to the venue because my daughters wedding was in Valparaiso, IN. My husband, son, and I picked up the skewers from her at her home the morning of the wedding, we also met her fabulous husband and dedicated son. So nice to meet the woman that I had spoken to for a month, we hugged. She had everything packed perfectly including written instructions about what goes on what platter with the accompanying homemade dip for each platter, and place cards for each platter. The skewers were a big hit during cocktail hour after the wedding while the wedding party was taking photographs and before dinner was served. Not a skewer was left over. So many compliments from the hungry crowd. I couldn't agree more!! I definitely recommend hiring Lisa!! I would definitely hire her services again in a heartbeat 💓
