Our story

With over 40 years of passion for food, my journey began at age nine with my first cooking class. Since then, I’ve delved into nearly every facet of the culinary world—earning a degree in restaurant management, attending culinary school, and working as a pastry chef in Sweden. I’ve cultivated a deep love for creating beautiful and flavorful dishes, whether managing restaurants or catering to various dietary needs and events.

Food has always been my way of bringing joy to those around me, especially my family. I’m also proud to give back through initiatives like the Chicago CRED C.A.R.E.S meal drive, which I’ve sponsored for the past five years to support those in need. In addition to volunteering at our local food pantry for 5 years, and providing meals to the unhoused via local churches for 15 years. Whether crafting dishes for events or preparing meals for friends, I pour my heart into every creation, with expertise in gluten-free, vegan, and inclusive options. 

Cooking isn’t just a profession for me—it’s a lifelong passion. I look forward to sharing that love with you.
