Let me craft a stunning charcuterie board for you - so you can relax, indulge, and enjoy the moment. Let me take care of the food so that you can have FUN!

Each board includes a selection of cured meats and/or artisanal cheeses and, depending on seasonal availability, a variety of accompaniments such as crackers, fresh and dried fruit, nuts, pickles, and olives.

Boards are now available for delivery Wednesday through Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm. We offer free delivery within a 5-mile radius of Oak Park and River Forest, IL.

My story

With a lifelong passion for food spanning over 40 years, my culinary journey began at the age of nine with my first cooking class—a moment that ignited my enduring love for the art of cooking. This passion led me to pursue a degree in restaurant management, attend culinary school, and hone my skills as a pastry chef in Sweden. Throughout my career, I’ve embraced nearly every facet of the culinary world, from managing restaurants to catering bespoke events, consistently focusing on crafting dishes that bring people together.

  • Cooking is more than a profession for me—it’s a way to connect, nurture, and give back. Over the past five years, I’ve proudly sponsored the Chicago CRED C.A.R.E.S meal drive and have dedicated time to volunteering at our local food pantry. For more than 15 years, I’ve supported church initiatives to provide meals for the unhoused, finding fulfillment in using my skills to make a meaningful impact in my community.

    Whether it’s designing a gluten-free cake, perfecting a vegan entrée, or assembling a beautifully curated charcuterie board, I approach every creation with heart and meticulous attention to detail. My goal is simple yet profound: to help create memorable experiences and connections, one delicious bite at a time.
