Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations:
Orders must be canceled 48 hours before the fulfillment date to qualify for a refund.
Cancellations made within three days of the fulfillment date will receive store credit instead.
Orders may only be rescheduled once.
Refund Timeline: Refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.
Delivery Requirements: To ensure a smooth delivery experience, a valid telephone number is required, and calls must be answered during the delivery window. Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries due to unanswered calls.
Serving Sizes: Serving sizes are estimated portions and may vary slightly.
Deposits: Charcuterie board orders above $350 require a 50% deposit at the time of placing the order. And the remainder, to be paid 1-3 days prior to the order delivery.
Allergen Notice: Our kitchen is not nut-, soy-, dairy-, or gluten-free. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination and do not assume liability for allergens.
